Baked Apple toppings to make 10 baked apples.
Sugars (sugar, brown sugar), spices, sea salt.

What you Need:
-2 ½ tbsp (40 ml) Gourmet du Village Sugar and Spice blend
1 tbsp (15 ml) melted unsalted butter*
1 tbsp (15 ml) raisins OR Pecan Pieces (Optional)
2 large apples, cored
*Substitute butter for 1 tbsp (15 ml) apple juice for a lighter treat!
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place cored apples in an Apple Baker or small Oven Proof dish.
In a small bowl combine all other ingredients and stir to blend. Divide and fill each apple with the mixture.
Place dish with apples and mixture in the center of hot oven for 35-40 minutes or until a small knife passes easily through apples. Serve warm.
Great with ice cream too!
