All You Need:
contents of seasoning pouch, 2 cups (500ml) ricotta, ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil, 2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice, 1/3 cup (80ml) mozzarella shredded, ¼ cup (60ml) grated parmesan.
All You Do:
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). In a medium bowl add ricotta, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning pouch. Stir to combine. In a heat proof dish, spread the ricotta mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella and parmesan. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Broil for an additional 4 minutes. Serve with artisan bread, crackers or fresh veggies.
