Be creative, add candies, add fruit, for the adult add your favourite liqueur. Each recipe makes enough for 2 to share.

What you Need:
- ½ pouch (100 g/3/4 cup) Gourmet Village Cake in a Mug mix
- ½ pouch (15 ml/1 tbsp) Gourmet Village Sprinkles
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) water
- 1 egg
- 20 ml (1 tbsp and 1 tsp) vegetable oil
What to do:
Mix together above ingredients as indicated (except the sprinkles) until smooth in the 10 oz (295 ml) enclosed mug. Pour half the pouch of sprinkles on top.
Bake in microwave for 1 minute based on a 1000 watt microwave. (A few more seconds or less if your microwave is less or more powerful.)
Let rest 1 minute before serving.
We recommend you slide the cake onto a plate to slit in two, add some toppings like chocolate sauce, whipped cream, ice cream or frosting & birthday candles to share with a friend.
