- Cheesy Corn Dip mix (included)
- 125 ml (4 oz / ½ cup) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (4 oz / ½ cup) real mayonnaise
- 125 ml (4 oz / ½ cup) sour cream
- 355 ml (12 oz / 1 ½ cups) can, corn
- 500 ml (16 oz / 2 cups) shredded cheese, cheddar
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese with Cheesy Corn Dip mix until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, corn and 1 cup cheese; mix well. Transfer to oven proof dish and sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top. Garnish with your favorite toppings: diced tomatoes, green onion and cilantro. Enjoy with corn tortilla chips.
