1. Cheesecake Mixture: In medium bowl mix together Salted Caramel Cheesecake mix & cream cheese. Add whipping topping & stir until well combined. Chill 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
2. Chocolate Cups: Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring at each interval until chocolate is melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat as chocolate will burn. Pour approximately 1 tbsp of melted chocolate into each mold, using a clean/food safe paint brush (or spoon) to evenly coat. Place in refrigerator for 3-5 minutes or until hardened.
3. Carefully remove chocolate cups from mold. Fill cups with Cheesecake mixture, top with Caramel Bits, caramel & chocolate sauce, and enjoy!
Optional: Heat pan on medium heat, place rim of chocolate cups in a hot pan to melt edges, approx. 2-3 seconds to smooth out the edges before filling with cheesecake mixture.
