Fig & Pistachio Brie Skillet complete kit includes 6.3″/16 cm cast iron skillet with the Fig & Pistachio Topping.

All You Need:
- Fig & Pistachio Brie Topping mix
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Butter
- 7 ml (1 ½ tsp) Brandy*
- 225 g (8 oz) small round Brie/Camembert
- 1 French baguette, sliced thinly and toasted on both sides, under the oven broiler
All You Do:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Score the top rind with a knife OR remove top rind of cheese, leaving rind on sides and bottom intact. Place cheese cut side up in a Brie Baker or skillet.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Spread the prepared topping over the top of the cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with baguette slices.
*If you prefer to make recipe without brandy, substitute with butter
