Greek Salad Dressing Mix

Description

A full flavored blend of oregano and other Mediterranean herbs to enhance your Salad. Serves 8 portions. 18g / .6 oz

 

Greek Salad Dressing

All you need :
22ml (1.5 tbsp) of Greek Salad Dressing Mix
125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
30 ml (2 tbsp) red wine vinegar
5 tomatoes, cut into chunks
2 cucumbers, cut into chunks
1 red onion, sliced
250 g (1/2 lb) Feta Cheese, small cubes
250 ml (1 cup) black olives


All you do:
Dressing: Combine olive oil with lemon juice and vinegar. Whisk well. Mix in Salad Dressing mix and let sit for minimum 15 minutes. Whisk or shake well before using.
Salad: In a large bowl, toss tomatoes, cucumbers & onions with prepared Greek Salad dressing. Add in the Feta Cheese and olives. Serve immediately.
