Store dried seasoning blends in a Cool, Dry, Dark pantry or cupboard for longest shelf life
Packaged in our original sealed pouches storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.)area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.

What you Need:
- 680 g (1 ½ lb) lean ground meat (beef, veal, pork, turkey, chicken)
- contents of pouch of Burger seasoning mix
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) ketchup
- 45 ml (2 ½ tbsp) beer
What to do:
Combine Burger seasoning mix with liquids and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the ground meat and mix well again.
Form into 6 burger patties.
Barbecue over medium high heat until cooked through, turning twice. (Check to see if burgers are well cooked before serving.)
Toasted or not, use any kind of bun; panini bun, challah bun, naan bread, whole grain flat burger bun.
Top with Gourmet du Village Beer BBQ sauce, Grainy Burger Mustard & Chunky Country Ketchup.
