Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.

What you Need:
Contents of Dip packet
- 250 ml (1 cup/8oz) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup/8oz) real mayonnaise
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
For a low fat variation, replace mayonnaise with low fat sour cream, yogurt, silken tofu, low fat mayonnaise, or tofu mayonnaise.
