Store dried seasoning blends in a cool, dry, dark pantry or cupboard for longest shelf life.
Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavor or functional characteristics.

What you Need:
Ingredients for cold dip:
- pouch of dip mix
- 250 ml (1 cup) each mayonnaise and sour cream or yogurt
Ingredients for hot dip:
-pouch of dip mix
- 225g (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 125 mil (1/2 cup) grated parmesan
- 125 ml (1/2 c up) full fat yogurt
What to do:
Cold dip instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
Refrigerate 15 20 minutes.
Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
Hot dip instructions:
Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Add remainder of ingredients and stir until combined.
Bake in a 175C (350F) oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
