What you Need:
Gourmet du Village Seasoning packet
PORK SHOULDER 1.8 kg (4 lbs) boneless
BBQ SAUCE 170 ml (¾ cup/tasse)
What to do:
RUB seasoning over PORK SHOULDER in a roasting pan, add beer
BAKE covered at 350F (175C) in the oven or the slow cooker on high, 4 hours, turning once, until it flakes easily.
REMOVE from pan, pull pork apart with forks.
Add your favorite BBQ SAUCE to moisten the meat.
