All you need : For 4 servings 22 ml (1.5 Tbsp.) Alfredo seasoning pouch (1/2 the pouch) 250G (1/2 lb) fettuccini or other pasta noodles 250 ml (1 cup/8 oz) milk 3.25% 125ml (1/2 cup/ 4 oz.) cream cheese 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
All you do: While cooking the pasta noodles, prepare the sauce. Into a heavy bottomed saucepan combine the milk, cream cheese and the Alfredo seasoning, using a whisk while heating to mix thoroughly to a smooth texture. Bring to the boil while stirring. Remove from heat and stir the butter into the sauce until combined. Drain pasta well and turn it into the saucepan of Alfredo sauce. Toss until noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. Serve immediately, top with additional grated parmesan cheese if desired.
