Contents of pouch of Spicy Fry Seasoning
6 medium potatoes, washed
50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
All you do:
Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F). Combine olive oil and Spicy Fries Seasoning in a bowl and set aside. Cut washed potatoes with skin on into thick wedges or sticks and toss in mixture. Arrange on baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer and bake for 18- 20 minutes. Flip and cook for another 18- 20 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside. Great served with one of our delicious dips such as; Tzatziki! Cooking time will vary by oven.
