All you need : For 6 servings Contents of pouch Marinara Seasoning 796 ml (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil 5 ml (1 tsp.) suga
All you do: In a saucepan combine the Marinara seasoning with the canned tomatoes, olive oil and sugar, mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and let simmer 15 minutes. Serve with freshly cooked hot pasta of your choice. Makes 796 ml (3 ½ cups) of sauce. Variation: Add a few steamed vegetables to the sauce, i.e. broccoli & cauliflower florets, sliced carrots, zucchini, bell peppers or sautéed mushrooms.
