What you Need:
1 pouch Rib Rub seasoning
2 racks Baby back pork ribs
1 bottle Gourmet du Village BBQ Sauce (or BBQ sauce of your choice)
What to do:
Trim excess fat off pork ribs, rub ribs with seasoning mix making sure to cover all surfaces. Place ribs in refrigerator for 6 hrs or overnight. Pre-heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place on baking sheet and bake until tender (approx. 2 hours). Remove from oven. Pre-heat your BBQ to medium and generously brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. Cook on each side for 5 minutes until grill lines appear. Serve with additional BBQ sauce to taste.
