- Roast Beef seasoning (included)
- 1-2 kg (2-4 lbs) Roast, beef
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Olive oil
What to do:
Rub the Roast Beef seasoning and olive oil all over the roast and let it marinate for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator +-30 mins before putting in the oven. Preheat oven to 450°F (235°C). Oven sear the roast for 10 minutes at 450°F (235°C). Reduce heat to 325°F (165°C) and cook to preferred doneness. Remove from oven, cover with tin foil and let rest for 10-15 mins. Carve and serve with your favorite sides, mashed potatoes, veggies and if you like, some gravy.
