Store dried seasoning blends in a cool, dry, dark pantry or cupboard for longest shelf life.
Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavor or functional characteristics.

What you Need:
- Contents of pouch of Dip Mix Seasoning
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated cheddar
- 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
What to do:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine all ingredients (reserve 3 tablespoons of cheddar cheese).
Transfer to a heat-proof dish.
Top with reserved cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes in oven.
Makes 500 ml (2 cups).
MEXICAN BEAN BAKED DIP
Follow direction of the recipe above, but mix in a can (398 ml /14 oz) of refried beans.
