Old fashioned, traditional Cheeseballs, each a great tasty treat to share. Easy to make, full of good quality ingredients. Make ahead, following our easy to follow directions, then chill in the fridge, ready to serve when your family or guests are ready. Each contains 2 pouches, 1 pouch of seasoning for the cream cheese and 1 pouch of coatings to roll your cheeseball in
Packaged in our original sealed pouches storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.)area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.

TOASTED ONION CHEESEBALL
What you Need:
1 pouch Cheese Ball seasoning mix
1 1/2 package (375 g/12 oz) cream cheese, softened 30 sec. in micro-waves
¼ cup (50 ml) grated cheddar cheese
3 tbs (45 ml) real mayonnaise
1 pouch cheese ball coating of toasted onion
What to do:
Blend Seasoning Mix with softened cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer.
Add cheddar cheese with a spoon.
Empty onto a large piece of plastic wrap, use the plastic wrap to form into a ball and place in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
Just before serving, put the cheeseball coating in a bowl and roll the ball in it until coated all over.
Place in a serving platter.
Serve with your favourite crackers or crusty baguette.
Note: take cheeseball out of refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
