Ingredients

Contents of pouch of Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix

60 ml (1/4cup) vegetable oil

6 large chicken thighs with skin on (or 8 boneless and skinless thighs)

Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 170C(350F).

2Combine the DIP MIX and oil, add the chicken thighs and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.

3Place the chicken, skin side up, in a casserole dish, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour.

4To crisp up the skin, broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes.

5You may also BBQ the chicken on medium heat, turning often for 20-25 minutes.
