Roasted Garlic Grilled Vegetables

Our Dip and Seasoning blends are so versatile! Try grilling your veggies using our Roasted Garlic Dip Mix, you won't regret it.

ALL YOU NEED
 2 zucchini, trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch slices
 Contents of Roasted Garlic Dip Mix Packet
 12 white button mushrooms
 250 ml (1 cup) olive oil
 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
 50 ml (1/4 cup) Balsamic vinegar
 1 red & 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces and or any veggies of your choice

In a small bowl combine the Roasted Garlic Dip Mix ,olive oil & Balsamic vinegar.

Allow to sit for 30 minutes – 1 hour, for flavours to mellow.

Soak 6 wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Thread vegetables alternately, onto skewers.

Brush vegetables with the oil mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat a gas barbecue to medium heat.

Cook marinated vegetables on grill, turning occasionally and basting with oil mixture every time you turn them. Cook until desired tenderness, 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
