Cake in a mug mix. Easy to prepare, just add an egg, water & oil, then follow our simple instructions, pop it in the microwave for a piping hot cake in a mug. Be creative, add candies, add fruit, for the adult add your favourite liqueur. Each recipe makes enough for 2 to share.
Packaged in our original sealed pouches storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.

What you Need:
½ pouch (100 g/3/4 cup) Gourmet Village Cake in a Mug Mix
15 ml (1 tbsp) water or apple sauce
20 ml (1tbsp & 1 tsp) vegetable oil
What to do:
In a 10 oz/295 ml mug, mix all the above ingredients until smooth.
Bake in the microwave for one minute based on an 800 watt microwave. (A few more seconds or less if your microwave is less or more powerful.)
Let rest for several minutes before serving.
We recommend you slide the cake onto a plate to split in two, add some toppings like caramel sauce, sliced apples, apple sauce, ice cream or whipped cream and share with a friend.
