- Smoky Garlic Seasoning Mix (included)
- Minced Leek Toppings (included)
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
- 125 g ( 1 1/4 cup) cheddar cheese, grated
- 125 ml (½ cup) real mayonnaise
All you do:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese until softened. Add the Smoked Garlic Seasoning Mix, mayonnaise, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and roll it up tightly, sealing the ends. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the mixture firms up.
Once firm, remove the plastic wrap and cut into small slices and form 24 mini cheese balls. Place the Minced Leek Toppings in a dish and roll the cheese balls in it until fully coated.
Let rest for 20 minutes before serving.
Serve with baguette slices.
If you prefer, you can also make one large size cheeseball instead of the minis
