A classic revisited, our Sour Mix makes a perfect whiskey or amaretto sour. Sometimes called sweet & sour mix, our blend adds the citrus contrast of lemons and limes, along with a touch of sweetness to many cocktails and liqueurs. Simply mix with ice, water, and any preferred alcohol, then shake and serve.

TO PREPARE MULTIPLE SERVINGS:
In a pitcher, combine 750 ml (3 cups) of cold water and the Sour Mix pouch. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use. Prepare two drinks at a time: into a cocktail shaker add ice, 250 ml (1 cup) of prepared Sour Mix and 90 ml (3 oz.) of whiskey or Amaretto. Shake well to create some froth. Pour into chilled glasses filled with ice. Top with a cherry for some extra flair and enjoy!
FOR A SINGLE SERVING:
In a cocktail shaker, combine 125 ml (½ cup) of cold water and 17.5 g (4 tsp) of Sour Mix. Shake well until the mix has fully dissolved. Add 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) of whiskey or Amaretto, top with ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
