Packaged in our original sealed pouches storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.)area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.
Cheddar cheese powder flavour (milk, salt), dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, chives), spices, smoke flavour (soya, milk).coating ingredients: parsley, red bell pepper.

What you Need:
1 pouch Cheeseball seasoning mix
375 g (1 ½ cups) cream cheese, softened 30 sec. in micro-wave
50 ml (¼ cup) grated cheddar cheese
45 ml (3 tbsp) real mayonnaise
1 pouch Cheeseball coating of tomatoes and parsley
What to do:
Blend Seasoning Mix with softened cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer.
Add cheddar cheese with a spoon.
Empty onto a large piece of plastic wrap, use the plastic wrap to form into a ball and place in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
Just before serving, put the cheeseball coating in a bowl and roll the ball in it until coated all over.
Serve with your favourite crackers or crusty baguette.
Note: take cheeseball out of refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
OPTIONAL: Add some cooked bacon bits when you add the cheddar cheese.
