All you need:
- Chocolate Brownie mix
- 1 large egg
- 50 ml (¼ cup) water
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
All you do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into a 6” skillet or oven proof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate or caramel dessert sauce to your liking.
