- Italian Roasted Pepper Seasoning Mix (included)
- Red Pepper Flakes (included)
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
- 125 g (1 1/4 cup) cheddar cheese, grated
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
All you do:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese until softened. Add the Italian Roasted Pepper Seasoning Mix, mayonnaise, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Transfer onto a sheet of plastic wrap, and roll tightly, sealing the ends. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once firm, remove plastic wrap, cut into small slices and form 24 mini cheeseballs. Place the Red Pepper Flakes in a shallow dish and roll each cheese ball to coat the exterior.
Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Rest for 20 minutes at room temperature before enjoying. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
If preferred, you can make one large size cheeseball instead.
