This mild, flavorful cheeseball mix combines cheese, gentle curry spice, onion, garlic, and signature herbs and spices for a warm, balanced profile. Mix with cream cheese, then finish with the included poppy seed garnish for a striking presentation. Serve chilled as a classic cheeseball or create bite-sized portions for entertaining. Pairs well with crackers, vegetables, or pretzels.
Makes one large cheeseball or 24 mini cheeseballs.

- Mild Curry Cheeseball Seasonings (included)
- Poppy Seed Toppings (included)
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
- 125 g (1¼ cup) cheddar cheese, grated
- 125 ml (½ cup) real mayonnaise
All you do:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese until softened. Add the Mild Curry Cheeseball Seasoning, mayonnaise, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Transfer onto a sheet of plastic wrap, and roll tightly, sealing the ends. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once firm, remove plastic wrap, cut into small slices and form 24 mini cheeseballs. Place the poppy seeds in a shallow dish, and roll each cheese ball to coat the exterior.
Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Rest for 20 minutes at room temperature before enjoying. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
If preferred, you can make one large size cheeseball instead.
