Each easy to make kit contains everything needed to prepare and share something out of the ordinary. Set Includes: 4 White Ceramic Ramekins, Chocolate brownie mix, Chocolate wafers, Easy to follow recipe sheet. This set contains enough to make 4 individual Molten Brownies, a decadent dessert much like a Lava cake. Can be served piping hot from the oven in the ramekin or turned out hot onto a small plate served with ice cream or whipped cream.

Set Includes: 4 White Ceramic Ramekins (150ml/5oz, 8.8cm/3.5” D x 4.2cm/1.65” H),, 200g (7oz) Chocolate brownie mix, 50g (1.75oz) Chocolate wafers, Easy to follow recipe sheet. This set contains enough to make 4 individual Molten Brownies, a decadent dessert much like a Lava cake. Can be served piping hot from the oven in the ramekin or turned out hot onto a small plate served with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients:
Cake mix: icing sugar, unbleached enriched wheat flour, cocoa, salt, canola oil, natural flavor, baking soda.
Chocolate wafers: sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa powder processed with alkali, powdered whey protein concentrate (milk), whole milk powder, soy lecithin (emulsifier), natural vanilla extract, natural flavor.

What you Need:
- Brownie mix
- Chocolate morsels
- 62 ml (¼ cup) butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 ramekins
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously grease the 4 Ramekins.
2. In a medium bowl, microwave chocolate morsels and butter in 30 second intervals, stirring at each interval until melted and smooth. Set Aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat or whisk eggs and egg yolk with wire whisk or mixer until foamy.
4. Gradually beat dry Brownie mix into egg mixture until well blended and smooth. Gently stir in melted Chocolate mixture.
5. Fill Ramekins equally using all of the mixture.
6. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until the edges are set and internal temperature reaches 160F. Cool 2 minutes.
Loosen brownies quickly from the ramekins and transfer to serving dish to stop cooking. Serve and enjoy.
