FOR A PITCHER:
In a blender, combine Pina Colada Mix, 250 ml (1 cup) of water, 180 ml (¾ cup) white rum, and about 2 cups of ice. Blend on high until slushy, and no large chunks of ice remain. Serve immediately in chilled glasses and enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
FOR A SINGLE SERVING:
In a blender, combine 26 g (2 tbsp) of Pina Colada Mix, 125 ml (½ cup) water, 45 ml (1 ½ oz) of white rum, and ½ cup of ice. Blend on high until slushy, and no large chunks of ice remain. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
