PIZZA Baked Dip, as the name says, a dip that tastes like pizza with cheesy layers loaded with flavor. Great topped with a layer of sliced pepperoni for an even more authentic treat.

Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a minimum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavour or functional characteristics.

- BLT dip mix (included)
- 125g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream
- 125 ml (½ cup) real mayonnaise
- 1 can (1 cup) tomato/pizza sauce
- 250g (2 cups) mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, olives
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese with Pizza Dip mix and stir until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and 1 cup of mozzarella & mix well. Transfer to oven proof dish, top with pizza sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Add your favorite pizza toppings if desired: pepperoni, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, etc. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top. Enjoy with naan bread, pita or tortilla chips.
For vegan-friendly alternative:
Substitute mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese with vegan alternatives, cheese with plant-based vegan shreds.
