What you Need:
contents of pouch, 1lb lean ground beef, 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes (drained), 2 tsp (10ml) vegetable oil
What to do:
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break up with a spatula. Cook 5-6 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Add seasonings. Stir to coat the meat. Add tomatoes and simmer 2-3 minutes.
In the meantime, warm up your tortillas or taco shells in the oven. Get all your favorite toppings ready (fresh tomatoes, chopped lettuce, hot sauce, sour cream, etc.). Dress your taco anyway you like it and have fun!
