Oven Roasted Baby Back Pork Ribs

Pure taste with fall off the bone ribs made with our Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix and our Smoky Maple Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

2 racks baby back pork ribs

1 pouch PULLED PORK SEASONING

1 bottle (350 ml/11.8 oz) GOURMET DU VILLAGE SMOKY MAPLE CHIPOTLE BBQ SAUCE

Directions

1Trim excess fat off the pork ribs; rub ribs with the SEASONING MIX making sure to cover all the surfaces.

2Place ribs in the refrigerator for 6 hours or over night.

3Pre-heat Oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange ribs on your Gourmet Village Cast Iron Round Grill (or a baking sheet) lined with aluminium foil. Place in the oven and bake until fork tender (approx. 2 hours).

4Remove from oven and generously brush BBQ sauce over ribs. Slice to desired size and serve with your choice of steamed sticky rice, backed potatoes or french fries.
