Spicy Salmon Skewers

Forget boring grilled Salmon use our Salmon Dip Mix to create delicious Spicy Salmon Skewers

Ingredients

- 285 to 300 g (10-12 oz) Fresh salmon steak (or favorite firm flesh or shrimp)

- 1 Salmon Dip Mix SEASONING MIX

- 4 bamboo skewers

- 30 ml (2 tbsp) canola oil

- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh chopped cilantro

- 2 ripe avocados

- 2 limes

- 1 small red onion

Directions

1Pre heat BBQ, soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

2Cut salmon into 26 mm (1” cubes), place in a bowl with oil and ½ pouch of Salmon Dip Mix SEASONING POUCH.

3Skewer the seasoned salmon cubes (approximately 4-5 each) set aside.

4In another bowl, add finely diced red onion, the remaining seasoning pouch, peeled avocado, juice of 1 lime and chopped cilantro. Roughly mash avocado mix.

5Grill salmon skewers for 2-3 minutes each side and serve over avocado mix with remaining cilantro sprinkled over the top.
