Our Sun Dried Tomato Dip Mix and these 2 great cheese make this fondue extra special.
ALL YOU NEED
125 g (4.4 oz) grated gruyere cheese
125 g (4.4 oz) grated emmenthal cheese

Combine the Sun Dried Tomato Dip Mix and the wine in a bowl, and set aside for 10.

In a heavy bottomed saucepan or fondue pot, heat the wine and seasoning blend until it boils.

Slowly add in the cheese a little at a time, stirring constantly.

When all added & melted, transfer to a small fondue pot.

Serve immediately with chunks of crusty French bread, or fresh vegetable pieces of your choice.
