Our Chili Citrus Marinade Seasoning makes delicious, light Seafood Brochettes, full of citrus flavour.
ALL YOU NEED
½ pound thawed shrimp
½ pound thawed scallops
45 ml (3 tbsp) Olive Oil
23 ml (1.5 tbsp) lemon juice (about 1/2 squeezed lemon)
ALL YOU DO

Toss marinade & liquids with 1/2 pound thawed shrimp and 1/2 pound thawed scallops.

Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour (in a sealed ziploc type bag makes it easy).

Build brochettes on skewers alternating seafood.

Grill over medium heat until the seafood is cooked through, turning halfway. Approx 8-10 minutes.

For full pouch, double the recipe to season equivalent of 2 pounds of seafood.
