Dill-Grilled Salmon

Our Lemon Dill Dip mix makes an ordinary grilled Salmon extraordinary

ALL YOU NEED
 15 ml (1 tbsp) Lemon Dill Dip Mix
 750 g (1 ½ lbs) salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces
 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
 2 minced green onions
 1 ml (1/2 tsp) grated lemon rind
ALL YOU DO

Heat barbecue to medium-high.

Combine onions, Lemon Dill Dip Mix & lemon rind.

Brush grill with oil.

Brush skinless side of the fillets with oil, sprinkle with Lemon Dill mixture.

Place fillets, skin side down on heated grill.

Grill until salmon flakes easily, about 10 minutes.
