Tasty and healthy, a cool refreshing homemade snack using our Roasted Pepper Dip Mix.
ALL YOU NEED
15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
1 can (540 ml/19 oz) chick peas (drained & rinsed)
15 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
30 ml (2 tbsp) warm water
ALL YOU DO

In a food processor blend all the above ingredients until smooth.

Refrigerate 15-20 minutes, the longer it sits the stronger the flavour.

Serve with grilled pita bread, fresh crusty bread, crackers or freshly cut vegetables.
