Baked Pita Chips with a Kick

Spice up some<span style="color: #3d3d3d;font-family: Roboto;font-size: 14px"> tortillas or pitas </span> with our<a href="https://www.gourmetduvillage.com/product/chipotle-garlic/"> Chipotle Garlic</a> Dip Mix and bake for a delicious snack or appetiser.

ALL YOU NEED
 30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
 4-10” plain tortillas or pitas

Pre-heat oven to 170°C (350°F).

Lay tortillas out on counter, brush with oil and generously sprinkle with the Dip Mix.

Cut each tortillas into 8 triangles and place 2 non-stick baking trays. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until slightly browned and crisp, cool & serve.
