Take ¼ lb meat (or more) reserve ¼ of it for sealing the burger.
Pat into a Stuffed Burger Press. (Or shape into a patty creating a cavity with your thumbs)
Fill the cavity with filling. NOTE: 375 ml/1½ cup of filling makes 6 burgers.
Seal the patty with the reserved meat, press into a patty & cook.
Cook each 5 - 8 min. per side till well cooked (test for doneness).
