Try our Buffalo Chicken Dip Mix for mouthwatering roasted Brussels sprouts with a kick!
 454 g (1 lb) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter, melted
 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil 
 5 g (1 tsp) salt

In a large bowl, add the Brussels sprouts, melted butter, salt and Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip Mix. Mix until well coated.

Add the olive oil to a pan set at medium-high heat. Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down and cook untouched for about 5-7 minutes, until they are nice and golden.

Flip the Brussels sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes or so, until they have reached desired tenderness.
