All you need:
Four Onion Balsamic Vinaigrette Mix (included)
125 ml (½ cup) Balsamic vinegar
250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
Black pepper to taste
A touch of water, as needed to thin out the texture
All you do:
In a Mason jar, combine all the ingredients. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. Set aside to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the herbs and spices to rehydrate and release their full flavor. Toss with your salad just before serving.
Makes 1½ cups (375 ml / 13 fl oz). Store leftovers in the refrigerator, and use within 1 week.
For a smaller portion, simply divide the quantity of each ingredient in half, and follow the same recipe.
