Spicy, flavourful, the best vegetarian chili ever made with our Taco Seasoning.
ALL YOU NEED
454 g (1 lb) ground veggie beef mix
60 ml (4 tbsp) tomato paste
250 ml (1 cup) lager type beer
1 can (796 ml/14 oz) diced tomatoes,
1 can (540 ml/19 oz) red kidney bean
1 can (540 ml/19 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
ALL YOU DO

Lightly brown veggie beef in a large skillet or pot over high heat. Drain off any excess fat.

Stir in Beer, taco Seasoning Mix & tomato paste. Stir until well combined.

Add diced tomatoes & beer. Bring to boil.

Reduce heat & simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add kidney beans, black beans. Simmer another 15 minutes.

You may also add a drained can of corn kernals.

Serve with toppings of sour cream, grated Jack or Cheddar cheese, guacamole, sliced green onions.
