Soften cream cheese. Combine Salmon Dip mix, cream cheese and grated cheese in food processor or with an electric mixer and blend until all ingredients are well mixed together.
Gently stir in the salmon. Let Chill a bit until slightly hardened and easy to work with.
Form into a ball by emptying mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, use the plastic wrap to form into a ball and place in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
Optional: Just before serving remove the ball from the refrigerator and coat the ball with sesame seeds, chopped nuts or poppy seeds with the help of the plastic wrap.
Serve with your favourite crackers or crusty baguette.
