ALL YOU NEED
450 g (1 lb) Lean ground pork
4 Submarine rolls (15 cm / 6 in)
Garnishes; mozzarella cheese, BBQ sauce and/or coleslaw

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine pork and seasoning and mix well.

Form into 24 meatballs and place on parchment lined baking sheet and cook in center of oven until cooked through (about 20 mins). If desired melt mozzarella cheese for a few minutes.

Divide meatballs equally between 4 sliced rolls.

Garnish with BBQ sauce and/or coleslaw
